The service

Goosigo lets you make browser games with an AI app you connect, publish them, play them and remix them. Playing does not need an account; making, publishing and the social features do.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

Your account and connected AI apps

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by AI apps you connect. A connected app acts in your name through the tools Goosigo gives it: it can save, change, publish and take down your games. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.

Your games

You keep your rights in the games you make. By publishing a game you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, run and distribute it on Goosigo, including in clips and trailers, and you let other people play it and remix it into games of their own. You can take a game off the feed or delete it at any time.

What you may not publish

• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, hate, or content that harasses or targets people.
• Malware, or code that attacks players, Goosigo or other sites, or collects passwords or payment details.
• Games that pretend to be someone else, or that mislead players.

Everything published on Goosigo must be suitable for people aged 13 and over.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report a game or a comment. Reports are reviewed, and content that breaks these terms is removed. We may suspend accounts that keep breaking them, and we will tell you why where we can. To report something urgent, write to abuse@goosigo.com.

Automated checks

Every saved version is tested automatically in a real browser. The results are advice, not approval: publishing is your decision and your responsibility.

Coins and ads

Games may offer items for Goosigo coins. Coins are play money: they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for real money. Goosigo may show ads in games on goosigo.com; inside AI apps there are no ads and nothing for sale.

No warranty, and our liability

Goosigo is offered as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content other people publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes and governing law

We will post changes here and update the date below; important changes are announced before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer rights and courts the law gives you.
